E-Max Crown

Manufactured from body-friendly lithium disilicate ceramic, emax press is a durable material with a strength of up to 500 Megapascals. IPS Emax Cad

This restoration technique enables the fabrication of emax crown tooth using Cad-Cam devices in a single day at the clinic. Once the crowns have fully crystallized, they boast a strength ranging from 160 Megapascal to 500 Megapascal.

How is the Emax crowns applied?

Skilled prosthetic specialists at dental hospital apply Emax crowns, taking into account the patient’s preferences. After preparing and measuring the patient’s teeth for the veneer process, the measurements are sent to the laboratory for designing the Emax crowns. Temporary prostheses or teeth are temporarily fixed during the same session.

You will be scheduled for a crown rehearsal with our prosthesis specialist at our hospital, where your custom crowns from our in-house laboratory will be placed and checked for any adjustments needed. Any issues discovered during this process will be promptly addressed by our laboratory.

Finalizing the Emax crowns is a straightforward process, as they are individually cemented onto your teeth in the laboratory after being polished.
